Mumbai: A Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) bus toppled in the Raigad area of Maharashtra, injuring at least four persons, according to police. According to authorities, the incident happened near Karlekhind in the Poynad district as the bus was traveling from Alibaug to Panvel with around 50 passengers on board.
An axle snapped, forcing the bus to tumble and the driver to lose control.
After being transported to a hospital, the injured passengers are now safe. The corridor is already seeing a return to regular traffic.
